If you have an eye emergency or a question that needs an immediate response, please call our office at 978.692.1400. If this is after business hours, you will be directed to our answering service. Our answering service will relay your message to the provider on call who will call you directly.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you do not reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice, a $25 no show fee will be billed to your account.
